2. What data we process
We only process the data you choose to give us: your name, email address and the message you send through the contact form or by email, and the details you provide when making a booking (name, phone, email, date and number of guests).
3. Purpose
We use this data only to answer your enquiries and manage your bookings. We do not use it to send you advertising without your consent and we do not share it with third parties unless required by law.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis is your consent when you contact us and, for bookings, the performance of the service you request (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR).
5. Retention
We keep the data for as long as needed to deal with your request and, afterwards, for any applicable legal periods.
6. Third-party services
Online bookings are handled through the Restoo platform (labodeguetallagostera.myrestoo.net), which has its own privacy policy. This website shows a Google Maps map and uses Google Fonts; when they load, Google may receive your IP address. Links to Instagram, WhatsApp and Google take you to external services with their own terms.
7. Cookies
This website does not set its own analytics or advertising cookies. The third-party services mentioned above may set their own cookies when you interact with them.
8. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to [email protected]. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or the Catalan Data Protection Authority (apdcat.gencat.cat).
